DESIGN & TECH PACK CREATION
A BLUE PRINT FOR YOUR PRODUCT
Using technical drawings, size charts, measurement diagrams, a bill of materials, manufacturing instructions and construction detail pages, a manufacturer is able read and understand the requirements of the design. Visuals help to realise the garment prior to make and identify the details and functionality as well as providing reference for the machinists creating the garments.

A well thought out tech pack removes margin for error and misinterpretation of design, as well as incentivising quality manufacturers, who want work on product that has been well developed and is of a high standard.

PATTERN CREATION & DEVELOPMENT
THE ARCHITECTURE OF CLOTHING
Being trained at the University of the Arts London, London College of Fashion on one of the only specific degree courses for pattern cutting in Europe, we understand the intricacies of the most complex garments and the level of detail and understanding of construction needed to create production ready patterns. Focusing on fit, clever design and use of fabric, we can create your patterns from inspiration images, technical drawings, measurements, vintage garments or a combination of the above.
Once you have a pattern for your garment, it is your intellectual property and will become a one of a kind piece, created specifically for your brand. We are also able to develop existing styles, amend patterns to improve or create 'move-ons' for brands who have the patterns for styles and fits they are keen to continue with.
SOURCING & COSTING
FOR WORKING WITH CMT MANUFACTURERS
Many UK manufacturers work on a CMT basis, requiring brands to provide fabric and trim for production.
With a focus on sustainable, UK made fabrics and trims, we can source components for your garments/ranges and plan the costings per piece in advance of sampling. From working heavily within the UK manufacturing industry we have a network of suppliers of both woven and jersey fabrics, knitwear, trims and manufacturers.
Sourcing worldwide is sometimes unavoidable due to the natural limitations of UK manufacturing but our overseas contacts are all well certified and responsible, with whom we have built trusting relationships and mutual understandings of the level of quality required for the product and brands we work with.
